THE FOLLIES PRIME FOR 2009! The Ocean State Follies continue their musical, satirical, hysterical look at the 'state' of RI in 2009. And we're right in the midst of adding in new material featuring some national issues, on the Obamas, Hillary Clinton, maybe even Bill! Our Gov. Don "Cacciatore" comes back slicing and dicing the budget in a press conference from hell. The fine cast will have you rolling in laughter with our updated song parodies and skits... like an actual call to the State Unemployment Office, you'll meet the latest reality show: the Real Housewives of RI, and coming soon: The Economy: the Musical!

And we'll have a new version of "Rhodonics," our local accent. There's a reason we are entering our 18th year! Come see why. (By the way, did you get the words Mr. Rhody is teaching you above? "Rhode Island, youths, and refrigerator" - but you knew that.)

Saturday, July 18 - WHARF TAVERN, Water Street, Warren, RI
Italian Buffet.. 6:30 pm arrival. Call 353-3330 to reserve. Price for dinner, show, tax, tip....$39.95. The Wharf and the Follies have cut the price due to bailout bumblings in DC - to get you out for a much needed laugh. Get a group tagedda, have a Cosmo, and see our new skits. Watch the sunset over the bay. You deserve it! Menu: Italian buffet with served minestrone soup and antipasto, and buffet of chicken cutlet parmigiana, penne in pink vodka sauce, meatballs, lasagna, garlic bread, mud pie coffee and/or tea. MAKING RESERVATIONS
-First of all, to make reservations for LUIGI'S shows, you must call them at 861-3850. They usually take credit cards over the phone.
-To make reservations for most other shows, call the Follies World Corporate Headquarters in North Providence- also known as my spare bedroom. (401) 353-3330. We take credit cards over the phone, and we can make arangements for checks and cash if we have to. We DO NOT send out actual tickets by mail - unless you REALLY want them - like for a gift, or a receipt. You're on the LIST- and that's fine when you arrive. Note: If you can't make it, you MUST let us know within 36 hours so we can cancel your meal and try to fill the spot, or else you WILL BE charged! Charlie Drives Away Pests
-SNOW: Winter rules are this....only extremely heavy snow and parking bans will cancel a show. Call for any updates.
-We now have PAY PAL which allows you to pay online. Just bring your print out with you. If you're with a group, you might want to call us at 353-3330 so we put you all at the same table- Pay Pal doesn't tell us who should be sitting with whom.

PayPal Logo FOLLIES GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES make perfect gifts...we only give them away through LUIGI'S, where we perform about once a month.
