FOLLIES 2008
No one will have a happier
2008 than the Follies - especially
performing political satire in
'the state that keeps on giving'. Buddy
is back on the air, and back in our show
crooning to his old hairpiece while 'having
it out' with David Cicilline. The governor
continues to battle budget woes
and the use of interpreters, the I-way
may still block the Blue Bug, our beloved
news anchors spew new news as only they
can, and we're still betting that
the gambling issue will be on the forefront.
Don't miss our new take on the
upcoming Arlene Violet musical (yes,
she really is producing a show on herself),
and our updated City/Town medley. Operation
Dollah Bill is yielding fresh fodder,
and hairdressers Cheryl and Rhonda
are back for hair-raising conversation.
Learn Rhody's history, idiosyncrasies
and our accent through this hysterically
interactive, award-winning, and critically-acclaimed
comedy cabaret. Plus you get to
eat first! We also customize it for special
occasions. Scott, Doreen, Charlie, Beth,
and Mark (above) are your tour guides
on this musical journey. We constantly
change and update the line-up of skits
and song parodies all the time. "Nahfanuttin
but" there's a reason we are entering
our 17th year! Come see why.

Charlie Hall is back with his posse of punsters in this updated look at the elections which are only a few weeks from the show date! MAKING RESERVATIONS
To make reservations call the Follies World Corporate Headquarters in North Providence- otherwise known as my spare bedroom. (401) 353-3330 (unless otherwise noted). Visa or Master Cards (sorry, just those two) are preferred to pay for your tickets in advance. You may send a check as long as it is received at least 7 days before the show. Although not encouraged, you may use a credit card to hold your tickets, and then pay at the door - but if you don't show up WE WILL CHARGE YOU THE FULL AMOUNT! You may 'add on' to your count until the day before the show, but cancellations must be called in at least 48 hours before showtime. We don't send out tickets by mail - unless you REALLY want them - like for a gift. (Most reservations come in to us the week before the show - which is usually too late to send out tix by mail, so we've just ended the practice .... unless you really need a receipt.) But don't fret: we have you on our reservation list and there will be a table waiting for you. Only extremely heavy snow and parking bans will cancel a show. Call for any updates.
We now have PAY PAL which allows you to pay online - either as a group or individually. Just make sure you let us know what group/party you are from in the message box of Pay Pal so we know where to put you and your money! Paying online does not serve as a reservation - you or your group leader must CALL to confirm your reservation.
FOLLIES GIFT CERTIFICATES make perfect gifts...and
they can be good for any show for 2008! Combine them with
one of Charlie Hall's cartoon books, or his wonderful print
of the Providence skyline and you have an extra-special
and unique present for that someone special. Call us for
more info...353-3330.
